AUTO FRIGO AC is an insulated high-speed door by GIESSE with an air curtain for cold-storage warehouses and rooms with a regulated positive temperature.
Unlike the cold-store door without a curtain (AUTO FRIGO), an active air barrier complements the curtain insulation — it acts even during the open passageway.
The model solves the problem of cold loss under intensive traffic: the insulated PVC curtain limits thermal transmittance (approx. 2 W/m²K), opening up to 1.5 m/s and closing at 0.5 m/s shorten the open time. Confirmed durability: 1,000,000 cycles per EN 12604.
